At Izakaya Impressions, each item is made to order with care. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at izakayaimpressions@gmail with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
